Knoxville Craft Beer Week is in full swing — have you grabbed a pint yet? The weeklong celebration from the Knoxville Area Brewers Association wraps up Saturday, April 18, but there’s still plenty on tap before last call.
Breweries across Knoxville are pouring out discounts, hosting special events, and bringing in live entertainment. Here are a few standout happenings to add to your calendar:
House Mountain is currently closed due to a brush fire. The fire grew to 40 acres and was 60% contained by 3:30 p.m. yesterday, according to the Tennessee Department of Agriculture Division of Forestry. Get the latest update. (WBIR)

Oglewood Avenue is brewing something new. The North Knoxville plant shop will close in mid-May, with Good Neighbor Coffee — a new concept from the same owner — set to take its place this fall.

A massive new entertainment hub + restaurant is headed to downtown Maryville. Opening this summer, The Armory will feature duckpin bowling, digital darts, a nine-hole mini golf course, and digital shuffleboard — plus two bars and seating for 400 across two floors. (Knoxville News Sentinel)
