Get ready to ride, the Tennessee Valley Fair is coming back to the Chilhowee Park + Exposition Center from Friday, Sept. 5 through Sunday, Sept. 14.

This year’s event may be the greatest of all time. It will feature rides, food, entertainment, contests, and exhibits featuring a “G.O.A.T. Big or Go Home” theme.

A tall Ferris wheel with colorful spokes and red sunburst designs on the seats stands against a partly cloudy sky, surrounded by trees and a U.S. flag. A sign at the bottom reads “ASTRO WHEEL.” The scene has a warm, nostalgic carnival feel.

Is a trip to the Tennessee Valley Fair complete without a ride on the Astro Wheel?
